Day 1: Arrive in Delhi
On your arrival to Delhi, our agent will take you to the hotel. Relax for an hour and you can then move for an evening round the city. Return to the hotel and have a good sleep.
Day 2: Delhi Sightseeing
Next day, after breakfast start exploring both the ends of the capital; old and new.
OLD DELHI - Old Delhi as the name suggests covers the monuments which stand erect since the founding of the city. You will have an opportunity to see the mortals of Mahatma Gandhi in Raj Ghat - the place built as a cemetery in memory of Gandhiji. The next place to visit in Old Delhi is Jama Masjid which is the largest mosque in India.
NEW DELHI - A sight-seeing tour of New Delhi is a pleasure for tourists. It includes places like Humayun's Tomb, the Qutub Minar, a drive past Rajpath, the pride avenue - India Gate, The Parliament House, and the President's Residence. You will be dropped to your hotel at night, retire to sleep.
Day 3: Delhi - Agra (By road Approx. 4 Hrs.)
After breakfast, have a long drive to Agra in the morning. You will be accompanied by our agent to the hotel. After rest, start exploring the City of Love. Have a sparkling view of the pearl museum in Agra Fort – a red sandstone building that stands on the banks of River Yamuna. It was built by Emperor Akbar in 1566. The fort encases Diwan-I-Khas and Diwan-e-Aam; halls for private and common people respectively. You can also visit Itmad-Ud-Daulah’s tomb, built by Noorjehan in memory of her father. Stay overnight in the hotel
Day 4: Agra - Jaipur (By road Approx. 5 Hrs.)
Early morning, have your breakfast and set forth for a beautiful and magnificent sight of the world famous Taj Mahal, built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in 1653 for his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal as a symbol of their eternal love. Later, drive to Jaipur enroute visiting Fatehpur Sikri, built by Emperor Akbar in 1569. Visit the Jama Masjid, Tomb of Salim Chisti, Panch Mahal and other palaces. On reaching Jaipur, our agent will take you to the pre-booked hotel. Stay overnight.
Day 5: Jaipur Sightseeing
Get up early morning and explore the royal palaces of Jaipur.
AMBER FORT PALACE – Amber Fort is a blend of Mughal and Hindu architectural skills. The construction was initiated by Man Singh I in 1592, and completed by Jai Singh I. You can enjoy Elephant rides on your way to the Fort
CITY PALACE – Then you will visit the beautiful City Palace. It is spread over one-seventh of the area in the Pink city. It comprises of the Chandra Mahal, Shri Govind Dev Temple and the City Palace Museum.
JANTAR MANTAR – It is an observatory built by Jai Singh II. It has its replicas in different parts of the country of which this is the largest. It has outsized astronomical instruments that are still in use.
HAWA MAHAL – Hawa Mahal also named "Palace of Winds" is a prominent landmark of the city. It was built by Pratap Singh in 1799. It has hundreds of windows which were the source for royal women to have a look at the movements along the street. It was their royal grandstand. Stay overnight in Jaipur.
Day 6: Jaipur - Udaipur (By road Apprx. 8 Hrs.) via Pushkar
Early morning, move to the next destination, Udaipur, an oasis in the desert state of Rajasthan en-route visiting Pushkar. Visit the most famous Brahma Temple, said to be one of the few temples in the world dedicated to Lord Brahma. On reaching Udaipur after a short exploration of the famous pilgrimage, get to the hotel room accompanied by our agent and relax overnight.
Day 7: Udaipur Sightseeing
Wake up early in the morning and start your journey round the city after breakfast. Udaipur is one of the many cultural destinations of Rajasthan where you get an opportunity to embrace nature along with a tour to the great royal palaces of the city. It was built in 1559 A.D. by Maharaja Udai Singh. It is considered as the most romantic spot of the country. Visit the famous City Palace museum, Sahelion Ki Bari, the Jagdish temple, Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandir (Folk art museum) and the Pratap Memorial. Stay overnight in Udaipur.
Day 8: Udaipur - Jodhpur (By road Apprx. 7 Hrs.) via Ranakpur
Next morning, after breakfast drive to Jodhpur via Ranakpur. It is one of the five holy places of the Jain community built in the 15th century AD during the reign of Rana Kumbha. Continue your journey to Jodhpur. As you reach Jodhpur, our agent will transfer you to the pre-booked hotel. Have a relaxing night.
Day 9: Jodhpur Sightseeing
After breakfast, proceed to visit the giant Mehrangarh Fort which is situated on a low sandstone hill. Within the fort, are the Moti Mahal and Phool Mahal. Have a close look at the belongings encased in the mahal. You can also visit Jaswant Thada, a marble cenotaph built in memory of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II in 1899. Relax at Umaid Public gardens in the evening. Return to the hotel and stay
Day 10: Jodhpur - Jaisalmer (By road Approx. 7 Hrs.)
Drive to Jaisalmer next morning, after breakfast. Jaisalmer is a place with a bright and sunny atmosphere throughout the year. It has a golden setting of desert. As you drive towards the city, you will come across colourfully dressed villagers with camel carts on the way. You will get a picturesque view of the traditional aspects of Rajasthanis. On your arrival, our agent will take you to the hotel. Relax and stay overnight after a day at leisure.
Day 11: Jaisalmer Sightseeing
After breakfast, move out to visit the famous Havelis of Jaisalmer. Start with the biggest fort of the city, Jaisalmer Fort built in the 12thcentury. It is also called Sonar Quila or the Golden fort, as it merges with the desert ambience. There is a Jain temple, situated inside the fort which bears testimony to Rajasthan unique artistry. Visit the well maintained havelis and mansions built by the rich merchants of Jaisalmer. The havelis like the Patwon-ki-Haveli and Salim-Singh-ki-Haveli are remarkable for their peacock decorations and the works in cuttings on the outside walls. In the afternoon, visit the Khuri Sand Dunes and the typical Rajasthani Desert Village. Relax on the Camel’s back as you ride on one viewing the bright golden desert. Return to the hotel and stay overnight in Jaisalmer
Day 12: Jaisalmer - Bikaner (By road Approx. 6 Hrs.)
Next morning drive to Bikaner. On reaching there, our agent will transfer you to the hotel. After having some rest, move out to unfold the history behind the city. Bikaner was founded in 1488 by Rao Bikaji. Before the discovery, it was a trade center for caravans from Africa and West Asia. The city has high boundary walls all around it which can be entered through 5 gates built on the boundaries. Visit Junagarh Fort built in the 16th century which houses old palaces, temples and a mosque. It was founded by Raja Rai Singh. The other attractions of the city are Lallgarh Palace, Deshnoke temple, Bhanda Sagar Jain, and The Camel’s Breeding Farm. Return to your hotel and relax overnight.
Day 13: Bikaner - Mandawa (By road Approx. 06 Hrs.)
Next morning, proceed to our last destination – Mandawa after breakfast. On arrival, our agent will take you to the pre-booked hotel. The city was founded by Thakur Nawal Singh in 1755. Visit the beautifully painted Havelis. The havelis have fine fresco work and are decorated extraordinarily. Mandawa castle is one of the finest castles of Rajasthan. It is turned into a five star hotel with museum inside. The museum showcases the collection of armories, costumes of ancestors, canons from 1820, ancient coins, numismatic collection and many other interesting items. Stay overnight in the hotel.
Day 14: Mandawa - Delhi - Departure
